Agent Program T&C:
- Earnings: Agents earn a percentage commission from direct sales of the company’s products or services. The percentage will be calculated on the net sale amount, excluding associated expenses such as shipping, training, instructions, flights, administrative expenses, and any other related costs.
- Payment Terms:
• Commissions will be paid only after 45 days from the date the client’s payment is confirmed received by the company.
• If the client makes payments in installments, the agent’s commission will be calculated and paid based on the portion of the payment received by the company. - Restrictions on Promotion:
• Agents are prohibited from using the company’s name, logo, branding, or any related materials in advertising, public campaigns, or digital promotions.
• All sales must result from personal connections or direct interactions initiated by the agent. - Independent Operations: Agents operate as independent entities and bear full responsibility for any costs or expenses incurred in promoting or selling the company’s products or services. The company will not reimburse any such expenses.
- No Promises on Behalf of the Company: Agents are strictly prohibited from making promises, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of the company. All terms and conditions related to the products and services will be defined exclusively by the company.
- Compliance and Ethics: Agents must comply with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines in their respective countries. Any breach of law or ethical conduct may result in immediate termination of the agent agreement.
- Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the agent agreement at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
- Liability: The company disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the agent’s activities, including but not limited to third-party claims.
- Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Agents will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- Confidentiality: Agents must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the company.
By joining our Agent Program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply will result in termination of your agent status and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
